The LM27313 switching regulator is a current mode boost converter with a fixed operating frequency of 1.6 MHz.
The use of the SOT-23 package, minimal losses of 800 mA switching, and the result of extremely high power density of small inductors and capacitors. 30V internal switching makes these solutions perfect for boosting voltages from 5V to 28V.
This part of the logic level shutdown pin can be used to reduce quiescent current and extend battery life.
It is protected by cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. Internal compensation simplifies design and reduces component count.
