    The LM27341Q and LM27342Q are AEC-Q100 Class qualified and are produced in an automotive grade flow
    The LM27341 and LM27342 regulators are monolithic, high frequency, PWM step-down DC-DC converters in 10-pin LLP and 10-pin eMSOP packages.
    They contain all the active functions, provide fast transient response, and precisely adjust local DC-DC conversion with the smallest possible PCB area.
    The LM27341 and LM27342 with minimal external components are easy to use.
    Capable of driving 1.5A or 2A loads respectively with an internal 150mΩ NMOS tube at optimal power density switching results.
    World-class control circuitry allows times as low as 65 ns, supporting very high frequency conversions.
    The switching frequency is internally set to 2 MHz synchronous from 1 to 2.35 MHz, allowing the use of very small surface mount inductors and capacitors.
    Even at very high operating frequencies, efficiencies of up to 90% are easily achievable.
    Includes an external shutdown with ultra-low shutdown current of 70 nA.
    The LM27341 and LM27342 use peak current mode control with internal compensation to provide high-performance regulation over a wide range of operating conditions.
