LM27341 and LM27342 monolithic regulators, high-frequency, PWM step-down DC-DC 10-pin LLP converters and 10-pin eMSOP packages. They contain all the active functions, providing local DC-DC with fast transient response and minimal PCB area for precise adjustment of conversion.
Easy to use with a minimum number of external components LM27341 and LM27342. Capable of driving a 1.5A load or 2A respectively with the inside of a 150mΩ NMOS tube, the switch is at the optimal power density result for a while. The world-class control circuitry allows for on-time as low as 65 nanoseconds, supporting very high frequency conversions. The switching frequency is internally set to 2 MHz and 1 synchronized to 2.35 MHz, which allows for extremely small surface mount inductors and capacitors. Even at very high operating frequencies, efficiencies of up to 90% are easily achievable. Including a low shutdown current of over 70 nA with external shutdown. The LM27341and LM27342 wide operating conditions and high regulation performance by utilizing functions such as peak current mode control and internal compensation. Other features include internal soft-start circuitry to reduce inrush current, pulse through pulse current limiting, thermal shutdown, and output overvoltage protection.
