The CMOS charge pump voltage converter in the LM2766 operates at a +1.8 V input voltage range of +5.5 V. Voltage multiplier Two low-cost capacitors and diodes are used for this circuit to provide up to 20 milliamps of output current.

Operates on the LM2766 output to reduce resistance and voltage fluctuations at 200 kHz switching frequency. With only 350μA (operating efficiency >90% with most loads) and 0.1μA shutdown current typical current, the LM2766 is ideal for battery-powered systems. The device is produced in a SOT-23-6 package.
