Product Introduction

These devices include four independent single-supply voltage comparators that are designed to operate on a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supply is also possible, as long as the difference between the two provides 2 V to 36 V and CC is the input common mode voltage of 1.5 volts, at least more aggressive. Leakage current is independent of supply voltage. These outputs can be connected to other open collector outputs for wired and relational purposes.

The LM139A features and works in the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C The features of the LM239A LM239 and operates from -25°C to 125°C
