The LM193 series consists of two independent accuracy and offset voltage specifications up to 2.0 mV maximum and low, specializing in a wide range of voltage comparators from a wide range of voltages, single supply comparators, and voltage comparators. It is also possible that the operation from the split power supply is independent of the voltage of the power supply due to low supply current consumption. These comparators also have a unique feature in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, although operating from a single supply voltage.

Areas of application include limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulses, square wave generators, and time delays; Extensive VCO; MOS clock timer, multivibrator and high voltage digital logic gate. The LM193 series is designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS. When operating from two positive and negative power supplies, the LM193 series will be directly connected to the MOS logic in its low power consumption which is a clear advantage over the standard interface.

The LM393 and LM2903 are available in a nationally innovative slim SMD package of 8 (12 mil) large solder ball SMD packages.
