The LM193 series consists of two independent voltage comparators with offset voltage specifications up to 2.0 mV maximum low two people specializing in voltage comparators from a wider range of voltage single supply comparators. Operation from a split power supply may also be independent of the voltage of the power supply that the low supply current consumption is made. These comparators also have a unique feature in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, although operating from a single supply voltage.

Applications include limiting comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulses, square wave generators and time delays; Broad VCO; MOS clock timer, multivibrator and high voltage digital logic gate. The LM193 series is designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS. When operating from both positive and negative supplies, the LM193 series will work directly with MOS logic in its low power consumption which is a distinct advantage over standard interfaces.

The LM393 and LM2903 sections are available in the nation's innovative thin 8 (12 mil) large solder ball SMD package.
