Dual comparison of the LM119 series precision, high-speed single-chip manufacturing. Their design works across a wide range of power supply voltages down to a single 5V logic power supply and ground. Additionally, they have higher gain than devices like the LM710 and lower input current. The collector output stage is not submitted, making it compatible with LM119, and driving currents of 25 mA for RTL, DTL, and TTL lamps and relays.
The LM319A offers improved accuracy beyond the standard LM319, with stricter tolerances for offset voltage, bias current, and voltage gain.
Although the main design requires applications operating from digital logic power supplies, the LM119 series is fully specified for power supplies up to ± 15V. It has the LM111's response speed ratio at the cost of higher power consumption. However, its high speed, wide operating voltage range, and lower package count make the LM119 far more versatile than older equipment like the LM711.
LM119 is specified for temperatures from -55°C to +125°C, LM219 for -25°C to +85°C, and LM319A and LM319 for 0°C to +70°C.
