illustrate
The LM3370 is a dual step-down DC-DC converter optimized for driving ultra-low voltage circuits from single-cell Li-Ion batteries ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V input rails. It provides 600 mA with two outputs per channel load. The output voltage ranges from 1V to 3.3V and can be dynamically controlled using I 2 C-compatible interface. This dynamic voltage scaling capability enables the lowest power consumption of the processor to achieve the highest level of performance. In me 2 The C-compatible interface can also be used to control performance enhancements such as automatic PFM-PWM/PWM mode selection.
The LM3370 offers superior functionality and performance in portable systems with sophisticated power management requirements. Automatic PWM low noise and PFM low current mode intelligent switching provides improved system efficiency. Internal synchronous rectification improves the efficiency of converters without further external devices being used.
There is a power-on reset function that monitors the output voltage level to avoid unexpected power loss. Independent enable pins for each output allow for simple and efficient sequencing of power supplies.
The LM3370 is available in a 4mm 5mm 16-pin non-stretch LLP and 20 solder ball micro SMD, 3.0mm×2.0mm×0.6mm, package. The high switching frequency of 2 MHz (typical) allows for tiny surface mount components, including a 2.2μH inductor.
2The output voltage is a fixed voltage default combination and can be customized to meet the system requirements of the national semiconductor company.
