The LM137/LM337 adjustable three-terminal negative voltage regulator is capable of exceeding the output voltage range of -1.2V to -37V and an oversupply of 1.5A. These regulators are very easy to apply and require only 2 external resistors to set the output voltage and output frequency compensation capacitor. The well-conditioned and low thermal transient circuit design is optimized. In addition, the LM137 series features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safety zone compensation, making them virtually overload and blowout-proof.
The LM137/LM337 services include local card regulation, programmable output voltage regulation or high-precision current regulation for a variety of applications. The LM137/LM337 is an ideal complement to the LM117/LM317 adjustable positive regulator.
