The LM3402/02HV is a monolithic switching regulator with a high-power LED that provides a constant current. Ideal for automotive, industrial, and general lighting applications, they include a 735 mA (typical) buck (buck) regulator with current limiting with a high-side N-channel MOSFET switch. Hysteresis control, coupled with an external resistor with control time, enables the converter to adjust the output voltage required to provide a constant current series and series – LED arrays with different numbers and types of parallel connections, LEDs are set by pulse width modulation (PWM dimming is completed), break/open LED protection, low power shutdown and thermal shutdown function settings.
