The LM3475 is a hysteresis P-FET buck controller designed to support high-efficiency applications in a very small SOT23-5 package. Hysteresis control schemes include several advantages of no external compensation, stable operation of a wide range of components, extremely fast transient response and simple system design. Hysteresis control also provides efficient operation, even at light loads. The PFET architecture allows for low component counts as well as 100% duty cycles and ultra-low dropout operation.
