illustrate
LM185-2.5/LM285-2.5/LM385-2.5 micro 2-terminal bandgap voltage regulator diodes. Operating in the current range of 20μA to 20mA, they have very low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip fine-tuning is used to provide strict voltage tolerances. Because the LM-185 - 2.5 bandgap reference uses only transistors, resistors, low noise, and good long-term stability.
The meticulously designed LM185 - 2.5 exceptionally forgiving capacitive load device makes it easy to use in almost any reference application. Wide dynamic business scope, allowing for significant differences in usage with excellent regulation and supply.
LM185 - 2.5 ultra-low power consumption, enabling microcircuitry. This reference voltage can be used to manufacture analog circuits for portable meters, regulators, or general batteries whose lifespan is close to their shelf life. Additionally, wide operating current allows it to replace a stricter tolerance for older references. For the 1.2V needed to be applied, see LM185 - 1.2.
The LM185-2.5 is rated to operate in a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, while the LM285-2.5 is rated at -40°C to 85°C, and the LM385 is rated at 2.50°C to 70°C. LM185-2.5/LM285-2.5 are available in a sealed TO-46 package, while LM285-2.5/LM385-2.5 also offer a low-cost molded package in the TO-92 and SOT-23. LM185-2.5 can also be packaged in a sealed, leadless chip carrier.
