LM185-1.2/LM285-1.2/LM385-1.2 Micro 2-end bandgap voltage regulator diode. Operating over a current range of 10μA to 20mA, they have very low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip trimming is used to provide tight voltage tolerances. Since the LM185-1.2 bandgap reference uses only transistors and resistors, low noise and good long-term stability results.
The LM185-1.2 is an exceptionally forgiving capacitive load device that is well designed to make it easy to use for almost any reference application. Wide dynamic business scope, allowing its use to be very different with excellent regulation supply.
The LM185 - 1.2 has very low power consumption to enable microcircuits. This reference voltage can be used to create portable meter, regulatory, or general analog circuits with near-shelf life times.
In addition, the wide operating current allows it to replace a tighter tolerance for some older references.
The LM185-1.2 is rated to operate in the -55°C to 125°C temperature range, while the LM285-1.2 is rated for -40°C to 85°C and the LM385-1.2 0°C to 70°C. The LM185-1.2/LM285-1.2 is available in a hermetically sealed TO-46 package, and the LM285-1.2/LM385-1.2 is also available in a low-cost molded package TO-92, as well as SOT-23. The LM185-1.2 is also available in a sealed leadless chip carrier package.
