illustrate
The LM4120 is a low dropout high accuracy, low power bandgap up to 5 mA output current source and sink voltage reference.
This series of references operates with input voltages up to 2V and up to 12V consuming 160μA (typical) of low supply current. In power-down mode, the device has less than 2μA of current drop in force.
The LM4120 is available in two grades (A, Standard) and seven greater flexibility voltage options. The best (A) have an initial accuracy of 0.2%, while the standard has a 0.5% initial accuracy both with a 50PPM/°C guaranteed temperature coefficient from -40°C to +125°C for rated devices
The LM4120 capability at very low dropout voltage, low supply current, and power-down makes this product ideal for battery-powered and portable applications.
The performance of the device is guaranteed in the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), while some specifications are in the extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). For full specifications, please contact the country in the extended temperature range. The LM4120 is available in a standard 5-pin SOT-23 package.
