The LM4121 is a precise bandgap reference voltage with a fixed and adjustable version of 1.25V, offering up to 5mA current supply and absorption capacity.

This series of operations references input voltages up to 1.8V and up to 12V, consuming a low supply current of 160μA (typical). In power-down mode, the device has less than 2μA of current drop.

The LM4121 comes in two grades: A and standard. The best (A) has an initial accuracy of 0.2%, while the standard has an initial accuracy of 0.5% both with a 50PPM/°C guaranteed temperature coefficient from -40°C to +125°C, graded equipment

At very low operating voltages, low power current, and the ability to disconnect power from LM4121, this product is an ideal choice for battery-powered and portable applications.

The performance of the device is guaranteed in the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C), while some specifications are in the extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
