illustrate
The LM4121 is a precision bandgap reference voltage available in a fixed and adjustable version of 1.25V with a current source and absorption capacity of up to 5 mA.
The series has a reference input voltage as low as 1.8V and a supply current of up to 12V consumes 160μA (typical) supply current. In power drop mode, the device has a current drop of less than 2μA.
The LM4121 comes with two grades, A and Standard. The best grade device (a) has an initial accuracy of 0.2%, while the standard has an initial accuracy of 0.5% with a temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C guaranteed from -40°C to +125°C.
The very low operating voltage, low supply current, and power-off capability of the LM4121 make this product ideal for battery-powered and portable applications.
The performance of the equipment is guaranteed over the entire industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and in certain specifications over the extended temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). Please contact the country for full specifications in the extended temperature range. The LM4121 is a standard 5-pin SOT-23 package.
