Ideal for space-critical applications, the LM4128 precision voltage reference is packaged in a SOT-23 surface-mount package. The advanced design of the LM4128 eliminates the need for external stabilized capacitors while ensuring capacitor load stability up to 10μF, making the LM4128 easy to use.
Series references provide lower power consumption than parallel references because they do not have the maximum possible load current under idle no-load conditions. Such benefits, low quiescent current (60μA), and low dropout (400 mV) make the LM4128 an ideal battery powered solution.
The LM4128 is the most flexible in the existing four grades (A, B, C, and D). The best (A) has an initial accuracy grade of 0.1% 75 ppm/guaranteed temperature coefficient °C or below, while the lowest grade (four) has an initial accuracy of 1.0% and 100 ppm/temperature coefficient of °C.
