Ideal for space-critical applications, the LM4128 precision voltage reference is available in an SOT-23 surface mount package. The LM4128's advanced design eliminates the need for external stabilizing capacitors while ensuring capacitive load stability up to 10μF, making the LM4128 easy to use.
Series references provide lower power dissipation than parallel references because they do not have the maximum possible load current at idle no-load conditions. The benefits of low quiescent current (60μA), as well as low dropout voltage (400 mV) make the LM4128 a battery-powered solution.
The LM4128 is more flexible in the existing four grades (A, B, C and D). THE BEST (A) HAS AN INITIAL ACCURACY GRADE OF 75 PPM/GUARANTEED TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF 0.1% °C OR BELOW, WHILE THE LOWEST FRACTION (D) HAS AN INITIAL ACCURACY OF 1.0% AND A TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF 100 PPM/°C.
