illustrate
The LM4140 series precision reference design combines low power consumption with high accuracy, low drift and noise in a small package.
The LM4140 is the industry's first reference to the lower than bandgap voltage output voltage option.
The key to the LM4140's propulsion performance is the use of EEPROM registers and CMOS DACs to correct and trim the output voltage accuracy of the final production test equipment.
The main advantage of this approach is that it is much more economical with DAC resolution than most other bandgap reference utilization methods.
The low input voltage difference, low supply current, and drive capability of the LM4140 make this product ideal for battery-powered and portable applications.
The LM4140 is available in three grades (A, B, C) with an initial accuracy of 0.1% and a temperature coefficient of 3, 6 and 10 ppm/°C. For lower temperature coefficients, National Semiconductor contacted.
Specifies the device's performance over the entire temperature range (0°C to +70°C) and in a compact 8-pin SO package.
For other output voltage options, from 0.5V to 4.5V, National Semiconductor is in touch。
