The LM4667 is a fully integrated, single-power, high-efficiency switched audio amplifier. It features an innovative modulator that eliminates the typical switching amplifier used in LC output filters. By eliminating output filters, the number of components can be reduced, circuit design is simplified, and the PCB area is reduced. The LM4667 process uses delta-sigma modulation technology to reduce output noise and THD compared to analog inputs of traditional pulse-width modulators.

The LM4667 is specifically designed to meet the needs of mobile phones and other portable communication devices. Operating on a single 3V power supply, it is capable of driving 8 times At a continuous average output of 450MW, the sensor load is less than 1% THD + N. Its flexible power supply requirements allow operation between 2.7V and 5.5V.

The LM4667 has 8 high efficiency units Compared to a typical Class AB amplifier, the transducer load is a typical Class AB amplifier. With a 3V power supply, the horizontal efficiency of the IC at 100mW is 74%, and the output power at 450MW is 84%.

The LM4667 features a low-power shutdown mode. Shutdown can enable the drive shutdown pin to Logical Low (GND).
