LM48555 chips are designed for applications such as mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, and other portable devices to drive audio power amplifiers for ceramic speakers. LM48555 chip produces less than 1% THD + N 15.7V polypropylene while operating from a 3.2V supply. LM48555 chip features a low-power shutdown mode for improved noise suppression of differential inputs.

LM48555 chip uses advanced click and pop suppression to eliminate vocal opening and closing transients. Additionally, the integrated boost regulator features a soft-start function that minimizes transient currents when powered on

Boomer audio power amplifiers are designed to provide high-quality output power with a minimum number of external components. LM48555 chip uses bootstrap capacitors or buffer circuitry that do not require bootstrap capacitors.

LM48555 chip is unity gain stable and uses external gain to set the resistance.
