The LM4871 is a mono bridged audio power amplifier delivered to 3W of continuous average power with 3W capability  Less than 10% THD load is powered by a 5V supply. To save power for portable applications, the LM4871 features a micropower shutdown mode（IQ = 0.6μA, typical) when activated, VDDAPPLIED TO THE SHUTDOWN PIN.
Boomer Audio Power Amplifier is designed to provide high power, high fidelity audio output. They require few external components and operate from a low supply voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V. Since the LM4871 does not require output coupling capacitors, bootstrap capacitors, or buffer networks, it is ideal for portable systems with low power consumption requiring minimal size and weight.
