With its direct-coupled output technology, LM48821 is a variable-gain audio power amplifier capable of delivering 52mW RMS per channel with less than 1% THD+N into a 16Ω single-ended load from a 3V supply. I 2 C quantity control has a range of 76 decibels and 18 decibels.

LM48821's Tru-GND technology utilizes a LM48821 negative supply voltage generated by advanced charge pump technology. This eliminates the need for output-coupled capacitors typically used for single-ended loads.
