LM48823 are single-powered, mono-channel, ceramic speaker drivers with integrated charge pumps designed for portable devices such as mobile phones, board space premium. LM48823 charge pump allows the device to deliver 5.4V RMS from a single 4.2V supply.

LM48823 has a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 93 dB at 217Hz, allowing the device to operate in noisy environments without the need for additional power regulation. Flexible power requirements allow operation from 2.0V to 4.5V. LM48823 device with low effective reset input reverts to its default state. In addition, LM48823 has 32 steps me 2 C volume control. The low-power shutdown mode consumes 0.01μA of supply current.

LM48823's superior click and pop suppression eliminates audible transient noise when power-up/down and off. LM48823 in an ultra-small 16-bump micro SMD package (2mmx2mm).
