Other features include: error amplifier, precision reference, dual-mode current limit, ramp compensation, soft-start, synchronization capability, and thermal shutdown. The total propagation delay of this high-speed IC is less than 100ns and a single resistor-adjustable oscillator with the ability to 1MHz.

Wrap:MSOP-10 and heat-resistant reinforced LLP-10 (4mm x 4mm).
