The LM5030 high-voltage PWM controller includes all the features needed to implement a push-pull and bridge topology and is controlled in a small 10-pin package using a current mode. The device offers two alternating gate driver outputs. The LM5030 includes a high-voltage start-up regulator that operates over a wide input range of 14V to 100V. Other features include: error amplifier, precision reference, dual-mode current limiting, ramp compensation, soft start, synchronization capability, and thermal shutdown. This high-speed IC has a single resistor-adjustable oscillator with a total propagation delay of less than 100ns and a 1MHz capability.

Packaging: Adopts MSOP-10 and heat-resistant reinforced LLP-10 (4mm x 4mm).
