The LM5030 high voltage PWM controller contains all the features required to implement push-pull and bridge topologies and uses current mode control in a small 10-pin package. The device provides two alternating gate driver outputs. The LM5030 includes a high voltage start-up regulator operating over a wide input range of 14V to 100V. Other features include: error amplifier, precision reference, dual-mode current limit, ramp compensation, soft-start, synchronization capability, and thermal shutdown. The total propagation delay of this high-speed IC is less than 100ns and a single resistor-adjustable oscillator with the ability to 1MHz.

Wrap:MSOP-10 and heat-resistant reinforced LLP-10 (4mm x 4mm).
