The LM5035A half-bridge controller/gate driver contains the necessary functions to implement line feed-forward voltage mode control for power converters in half-bridge topologies. The LM5035A is a variant of the LM5035 half-bridge PWM controller function. The VCC current limit threshold has been raised to 35 mA. Soft-start and soft-start currents have been increased to 50μA to 100μA. The threshold for BST UV has been reduced below the VCC UV threshold. While SR1 and SR2 output T1 and T2 delay ratios have been changed from 2:1 to 3:1. The floating high-side gate driver is the operating system's ability to supply voltages up to 105V. Both high-side and low-side gate drivers are 2A with peak capability. An internal high-voltage start-up regulator is included, as well as programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OVP). The oscillator is programmed to frequencies up to 2MHz with a single resistor. The oscillator can also be synchronized to an external clock.
