LM5035A half-bridge controller/gate driver contains the necessary functions to implement the line voltage feed-forward voltage mode control used by the half-bridge topology power converter. This LM5035A is a variant of the LM5035 half-bridge PWM controller feature. The VCC current limit threshold has been raised to 35 mA. Soft-start and soft-start currents have been increased to 50μA to 100μA. The threshold for BST UV has been lowered below the VCC UV threshold. In SR1 and SR2, the T1 and T2 delay ratios have been changed from 2:1 to 3:1. The floating high-side gate driver is the operating system's supply voltage capability up to 105V. Both high-side and low-side gate drivers are capable of 2A peak capability. An internal high-voltage start-up regulator is included, as well as programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OVP). Oscillators are programmed to frequencies up to 2MHz with a single resistor. The oscillator can also be synchronized to an external clock.
