illustrate
The LM5035C controller/half-bridge gate driver contains all the necessary functions to implement a half-bridge topology power converter using line feed-forward voltage mode control.
The LM5035C is a functional variant of the LM5035B half-bridge PWM controller. The amplitude of the SR1 and SR2 waveforms is 5VV CClevel, instead. In addition, the soft stop function is disabled by the LM5035C.
The LM5035, LM5035A, LM5035B, and LM5035C include floating high-side gate drivers, which are capable with supply voltages up to 105V. The high-side and low-side gate drivers are the peak of 2A. Contains an internal high-voltage start-up regulator, programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and overvoltage protection (OVP). Single resistor programming with oscillator frequencies up to 2MHz. The oscillator can also be synchronized to an external clock. Current sense input and a programmable timer with cycle-by-cycle current limit and adjustable hiccup mode overload protection. Summary of differences between LM5035, LM5035A, LM5035B, and LM5035C 。
