The LM5035 half-bridge controller/gate driver contains the necessary functions to implement line feed-forward voltage mode control for power converters in half-bridge topologies. The floating high-side gate driver is the operating system's ability to supply voltages up to 105V. Both high-side and low-side gate drivers are 2A with peak capability. An internal high-voltage start-up regulator is included, as well as programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OVP). The oscillator is programmed to frequencies up to 2MHz with a single resistor. The oscillator can also be synchronized to an external clock. Current sense input, a programmable timer provides cycle-by-cycle current limit and regulated hiccup mode overload protection.
