The LM5035 half-bridge controller/gate driver includes the necessary features to implement line voltage feed-forward voltage mode control used by half-bridge topology power converters. The floating high-side gate driver is the operating system's supply voltage capability up to 105V. Both high-side and low-side gate drivers are capable of 2A peak capability. An internal high-voltage start-up regulator is included, as well as programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OVP). Oscillators are programmed to frequencies up to 2MHz with a single resistor. The oscillator can also be synchronized to an external clock. Current sense input, a programmable timer provides cycle-by-cycle current limit and regulation of hiccup mode overload protection.
