The LM5106 is a high-voltage gate driver designed to drive two high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in either a synchronous step-down or half-bridge configuration. Floating high-side drivers are capable of working with railways up to 100V. The transition dead time between the single control input signal level and TTL and an external resistor scheme is closely matched to turn on the delay circuit. Powerful level-shifting technology works with low power consumption and provides clean output conversion speeds. When the gate driver is disabled by undervoltage lockout, the voltage of either the low or high bootstrap supply voltage is below the operating threshold. The LM5106 is available in MSOP-10 or thermally enhanced 10-pin LLP plastic packages.
