The LM5106 is a high voltage gate driver designed to drive synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations of two high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs. The floating high-side driver is capable of working with railways up to 100V. The switching transition dead time of a single control input signal level with TTL and an external resistor scheme is tightly matched to turn on the delay circuit. Robust level shifting technology works while consuming low power and providing clean output conversion at high speed. Undervoltage lockout disables gate drivers, whether low or high bootstrap supply voltages below the operating threshold. The LM5106 is available in MSOP-10 or thermally enhanced 10-pin LLP plastic packages.
