The LM5109A is a cost-effective, high voltage gate driver designed to drive two high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. The floating high-side driver is capable of working with railway voltages up to 90V. Independently controlled output TTL-compatible input threshold. Powerful level-shifting technology provides clean access to high-side gate drivers while consuming power, low power consumption and controlling input logic level shifting. Two low-side and high-side rails provide undervoltage lockout. The device is available in SOIC-8 and thermally enhanced LLP-8 packages.
