The LM5109 is a low cost, high voltage gate driver designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFET synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. The floating high-side driver is capable of working with railway voltages up to 100V. Independently controlled output TTL-compatible input threshold. A powerful level shifter technology provides clean access to high-side gate drivers while consuming power, low power consumption and control input logic level shifting. The low- and over-high rails provide undervoltage lockout. The device is available in SOIC-8 and thermally enhanced LLP-8 packages.
