The LM6588 is a low-power, high-voltage, rail-to-rail input/output amplifier that is ideal for LCD panel V COM driver and gamma buffer applications. The LM6588 contains four unit gain stabilization in one package amplifier. It provides a common-mode input beyond the rail of 0.5V and an output voltage range extending to 50mV on either rail. With these features, the LM6588 provides maximum dynamic range at any supply voltage. Operationally, the LM6588 has a bandwidth of 24MHz (-3dB) from a 5V to 16V supply while consuming only 750μA per amplifier.

The LM6588 also features fast slewing and settling times, accompanied by a high 75 mA continuous output capability. This output stage is designed to provide a capacitive load with a peak current of about 200 milliamps. These features are ideal for use in TFT - LCD.

The LM6588 is available in industry-standard 14-pin SO packages and space-saving 14-pin TSSOP packages. The amplifier is designed over the entire -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
