The LM7321/LM7322 are rail-to-rail input and output amplifiers with wide operating voltages and high output currents. The LM7321/LM7322 is efficient, achieving 18 V/μs slew rate and 20 MHz unity gain bandwidth with only 1 op-amp supply current required. The LM7321/LM7322 performance is fully specified to operate at 2.7V, ± 5V and ± 15V.

The LM7321/LM7322 is designed to drive infinitely capacitive loads without oscillation. All components of the LM7321 and LM7322 are tested and have modern automatic testing equipment at -40°C, 125°C and 25°C. From -40°C to 125°C, detailed specifications and a wide range of test high performance make it ideal for industrial, automotive, and communication applications.
