The LM7332 has an output current of 100 milliamps higher than most monochip operational amplifiers. Circuit designs requiring high output current often require discrete transistors, as many operational amplifiers have low current output. The LM7332 has sufficient current output to directly drive many loads, saving cost and space on discrete transistors. The ultra-wide operating power supply ranges from 2.5V to 32V to mitigate any issues under extreme conditions, and offers flexible application for various applications. Most of the parameters of this device are insensitive to changes in power supply, and this design enhancement is another step toward simplifying usage. Operating beyond the rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range, eliminating the need for many applications, including high-edge and low-edge detection, and exceeding the input range is allowed. The LM7332 can drive unlimited capacitive loads without oscillation.
