The LM75B and LM75C are industy standard with integrated Sigma-Δ analog-to-digital converter and digital temperature sensor i 2 comet ™ Interface. The LM75 offers a 9-digit digital temperature reading with accuracy for ± 2 °C -25°C to 100°C and ± 3 °C above -55°C to 125°C

The communication is completed with a 2-wire interface with a working frequency of up to 400kHz. The LM75 has three address pins, allowing up to eight LM75 devices to operate on the same 2-wire bus. The LM75 has a dedicated overtemperature with programmable limits and hystersis outputs (OS). This output is programmable fault tolerant, it allows user-defined conditions under which successive errors occur that must be started in the operating system.

The LM75B and LM75C are available in either SOP-8 or MSOP-8 packages.
