illustrate
The LM75B and LM75C industy standard with the integrated sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter, my digital temperature sensor 2 Comet ™ interface. The LM75 offers 9-digit digital temperature readings with an accuracy of ± 2°C -25°C to 100°C and ± -55°C to 125°C.
The communication is completed with a 2-wire interface that operates at a frequency of up to 400kHz. The LM75 has three address pins, allowing up to 8 LM75 devices to operate on the same 2-wire bus. The LM75 has a dedicated over-temperature with programmable limits and hystersis outputs (OS). This output is programmable fault tolerance and allows the user to define successive error conditions that must occur before the operating system is activated.
With a wide temperature and supply voltage range and a 2C interface for applications, including base stations, electronic test equipment, office electronics, personal computers, and any other system, thermal management is ideal for critical performance of the LM75. The LM75B and LM75C are available in either SOP-8 or MSOP-8 packages.
