The LM8261 is a rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier that can operate over a wide supply voltage range. The device has a high output current driver that is larger than the rail-to-rail common-mode input voltage range, unlimited capacitive load drive capability, and is tested to guarantee high speed and slew rate while requiring only 0.97 mA supply current. It is specially designed for flat panel TFT panel V_.COMDriver applications and other medium-speed applications that are suitable for low power, ease of use, and enhanced performance of existing devices need to handle requirements.

Larger than the rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range, common-mode rejection of 50 dB enables high-side and low-side detection between many applications without any concern beyond the range and without an accurate compromise. The extremely wide operating supply voltage range, 2.5V to 30V relief, and any functional issues provide flexibility in a variety of applications under extreme conditions. In addition, most device parameters are not sensitive to changes in supply voltage, and this design enhancement is another step to simplify its use. The output stage has low distortion (0.05% THD+N) and can provide minimal headroom height from a respected current (15 mA) to either railway (300mV).
