The LM8364 series micro-undervoltage detection circuits are ideal for use in battery-powered microprocessor-based systems where extending battery life is a critical requirement.

A threshold voltage range from 2.0V to 4.5V with a low-level effective open-drain output. These devices have a typical very low quiescent current of 0.65μA. The LM8364 series features highly accurate voltage references with precise thresholds and built-in hysteresis to prevent very low standby current instabilizing reset operation and guaranteed reset operation down to 1.0V. compare
