The LM8364 series is a micro-power undervoltage detection circuit that is ideal for extending battery life is a critical requirement in systems using battery-powered microprocessors.
A threshold voltage range from 2.0V to 4.5V with an active low-open-drain output. These devices have a very low quiescent current of 0.65μA typical. The LM8364 series features highly accurate voltage references, comparative accurate thresholds and hysteresis to prevent unstable standby current drops to 1.0V and guaranteed reset operation.
The devices are packaged in a space-saving SOT23 5-pin surface-mount package. For additional undervoltage thresholds and output options, please contact National Semiconductor.
