The LM9036 ultra-low quiescent current regulator features low dropout voltage in standby mode and low current. With a load current of less than 25μA at 0.1 mA on the ground pin, the LM9036 is ideal for automotive and other battery-powered systems. The LM9036 retains features that are common to low-dropout regulators including a low-pass voltage drop PNP device, short-circuit protection, reverse battery protection, and thermal shutdown all of them. The LM9036 has a maximum operating voltage limit of 40V, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and an output of ±5% tolerance over the entire output voltage current, input voltage and temperature range.
