The LM9036 ultra-low quiescent current regulator features low dropout voltage in standby mode and low current. With a load current of less than 25μA at 0.1 mA, the LM9036 is ideal for automotive and other battery-powered systems. The LM9036 retains features that are common to low-dropout regulators including a low-pass dropout PNP device, short-circuit protection, reverse battery protection, and thermal shutdown. The LM9036 has a limit of 40V maximum operating voltage over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and ± 5% output over the entire output voltage tolerance current, input voltage and temperature range.
