The LM9076 is a ± 3%, 150 mAh logic-controlled regulator. The regulator has a latency low effective reset output flag that can be used to reset microprocessor system on-up and events where the regulator output voltage is below a minimum value. High return on delay time interval before reset output pins in an external capacitor scheme.

Designed for automotive and industrial applications, the LM9076 includes a variety of protection features such as thermal shutdown, input transient protection, and a wide operating temperature range. The LM9076 uses PNP on-transistors to allow low dropout voltage operation.
