The LM9076 is a ± 3%, 150 mA logic-controlled regulator. The regulator has a low latency active-off reset output flag that can be used to reset microprocessor system turn-on and events with the regulator output voltage below a minimum value. High return for the delay interval of the reset output pin before an external capacitor scheme.
Designed for automotive and industrial applications, the LM9076 includes protection features such as thermal shutdown, input transient protection, and a wide operating temperature range. The LM9076 uses PNP conduction transistors to allow low-dropout voltage operation.
