The LM95071 is a low-power, high-definition digital temperature sensor with an SPI and microwire-compatible interface available on the 5-pin SOT23. The host can query the read temperature LM95071 at any time. Its low power consumption in low operating current systems is key to usefulness.

While the LM95071 has a 13-bit plus signed temperature resolution (0.03125°C per LSB), it operates to +150°C over the -40°C temperature range.

The LM95071's 2.4V to 5.5V supply voltage range, fast slew rate, low supply current, and simple SPI interface make it ideal for a wide range of applications.
