illustrate
The LM95234 is an 11-bit, 2-wire System Management Bus (SMBus) interface digital temperature sensor that very accurately monitors the temperature of four remote diodes as well as their own temperature, including the patent-pending remote diode TruTherm BJT test beta compensation compensation technology. These four remote diodes can be connected to external devices such as microprocessors, graphics processors or diodes 2N3904 series. The LM95234 semiconductor is made sensitive by the TruTherm BJT test compensation technology 90 nm maybe 65 nm Process thermal diodes are accurate.
The LM95234 reports temperatures in the 127.875°C/-128°C range and the 0°C/255°C range in two different formats. While the LM95234^TCRIT1,^TCRIT3 TCRIT2 and output channels are triggered when any shield exceeds their corresponding programmable limits, it can be used to shut down the system, turn on the system fan or interrupt function of the microcontroller. The current status of ^TCRIT1, ^TCRIT2, and ^TCRIT3 pins can read the status registers back. Shield registers can be used for further control of the ^TCRIT output.
Two LM95234 remote temperature channels have programmable digital filters, while the other two remote channels utilize fault queues to minimize temperature spikes encountered during unwanted ^TCRIT events.
For optimal flexibility and accuracy, each LM95234 channel includes submicron process or 2N3904 diode selection and offset correction registers. A three-level address pin allows up to 3 LM95234s to be connected to the same SMBus master. The LM95234 includes power-saving features such as programmable slew rate, shutdown mode, and unused channel disable.
