illustrate
LM95235 chip is an 11-bit, 2-wire System Management Bus (SMBus) interface with TruTherm technology that monitors the temperature of a remote diode as well as its own temperature digital temperature sensor. LM95235 chip can monitor the temperature of external devices such as microprocessors, graphics processors, or a diode connected MMBT3904 transistor very accurately. For automotive applications LM95235Q is AEC - Q100 standard Grade 3 compliant, which is the production of automotive-grade flows. TruTherm BJT (Transistor) beta compensation technology allows LM95235 chips to precisely monitor thermal diodes found in processes of 90 nm and smaller geometries. The LM95235 chip reports temperatures in two different formats over the 127.875°C/-128°C temperature range and 0°C/255°C. LM95235 chip ^ T_CRIT ^ The operating system output is valid when the operating system output exceeds its programming limit, and can be used to shut down the system, turn on the system fan, or as an interrupt function for the microcontroller. ^T_CRIT^The current state of the operating system pins can read the status register via the SMBus interface. All limitations, there is a common programmable hysteresis register.
The remote temperature channels of LM95235 chips all have programmable digital filters. LM95235 chip contains a diode model to select between bits to select a typical Intel ® processor in either the 65nm or 90nm process or MMBT3904, as well as maximum flexibility and optimal accuracy offset registers.
LM95235 chip has three levels of address pins connecting up to 3^ OS outputs sharing the same SMBus master. LM95235 chip has programmable slew rate registers and standby mode to save power. In standby mode, a transition can be triggered, via a written one-time register.
