The LMC6462/4 is a popular LMC6482/4 micro-version that combines low-power rail-to-rail input and output ranges.
The LMC6462/4 provides a common-mode input voltage range over two rails. The rail-to-rail output swing of the amplifier guarantees load drop to 25 K The dynamic SIG range is guaranteed to the greatest extent. The combination of rail-to-rail performance and high voltage gain makes rail-to-rail amplifiers unique. The LMC6462/4 is an excellent upgrade using a limited common-mode range amplifier circuit.
The LMC6462/4 is guaranteed in 3V and 5V specifications and is particularly suitable for low voltage applications. 60 μW per amplifier (at VS= 3V) can extend the life of battery-powered systems. The amplifier's input current of 150 fA, low offset of 0.25 mV and CMRR voltage of 85 dB maintain accuracy in battery-powered systems.
