The LMC660 CMOS op-amp is ideal for single supply operation. It is available in +5 V to 15.5 V and functional rail-to-rail output swing, in addition to the input common-mode range, including ground. It shows that there is a problem with the design of CMOS amplifiers in the past. Input V OS, drift and wideband noise and voltage gain for realistic loads (2 K). and 600 ) is better than the widely accepted bipolar equivalent.

The chip is established with the state's advanced dual-polysilicon gate CMOS process.
