LMH0044 SMPTE 292M/259M Adaptive Cable EQ The data transmitted by an equalization cable (or any media with similar dispersion loss characteristics) is a monolithic integrated circuit. The EQ operates in a wide range from 125 Mbps to 1.485 Gbps and supports SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 344M and SMPTE 259M data transfer rates.

LMH0044 enable DC recovery to correctly handle pathological data conditions (DC recovery may bypass low data rate applications). The EQ can be used in any single configuration, mid-range or differentially driven.

Other features include separate carrier detection and outputs, which may be bundled outputs muted, silent pins present when there is no signal. A programmable mute reference is provided with a muted signal attenuation selection output.
