LMX2531 is a low-power, high-performance frequency synthesis system that includes a fully integrated Delta-Sigma PLL and VCO resonant circuitry. The third and fourth poles are also integrated and also adjustable. In addition, it includes an integrated ultra-low-noise, high-precision LDO that provides higher power immunity and consistent performance for PLLs and VCOs. When combined with a high-quality reference oscillator, LMX2531 produce a very smooth, low-noise local oscillator signal that converts up and down for wireless communication equipment. LMX2531 is monolithic integrated circuit, manufactured by advanced BiCMOS process. This product is available in several different versions to accommodate different frequency bands.

The device is programmed to facilitate the use of three wires MICROWIRE interface, can operate down to 1.8 volts.

The supply voltage range is 2.8 to 3.2 volts. LMX2531 is a 36-pin 6x6x0.8 mm lead-free lead-free lead frame package (LLP).
